We started from Group Camp B and followed the Sandy McNabb interpretive trail to marker 6 then headed west to the ascend the Sandy McNabb Hills. After a few ascends and descents we trekked through the long meadow to begin exploring the High Noon Hills. Incredible views of Channel Ridge, Blue Ridge, Bluerock, Gibraltar and other peaks west. A total distance of approximately 16km with an elevation gain of about 700m. Thanks to a great group of hikers who made for another amazing day in the mountains.
