Write Up:
We had an excellent trail from Lusk Pass trailhead to Jumpingpound Mountain and then onto Cox Hill. There was an abundance of flowers with hillside full of crocuses and shooting stars. The weather was good although we had some very strong winds at the top of Jumpingpound Mountain and Cox Hill. On the trail down from Cox Hill we had to navigate around and through a few patches of snow, mud and ice. After that, we had lots of rocks and tree roots to contend with. All arrived back at the Dawson parking lot after another great day in the mountains. Thanks to everyone. Elizabeth and Donna B
